Vibrating Vibes
Heloooo..
Deciding on what to post next was tough..later i thought why not post good vibes, after all you get the vibes you are surrounded by and it just rubs off on you.
This piece is very dear to me because it was one of my first creative creations!!
Everyone has two sides to themselves and sometimes they are in good mood while other times in bad. The left side of the piece shows the bad vibes like: corruption, anger, evil, negativity, and has darker shades of red and brown.
The right side is a cooler side to the eyes and represent good vibes like: love,care,truthful, motivational and tones of blue is used.
The technique used it printmaking; carving designs on rubber block and then printing them on different types of paper and combining them together.
This was for an inter school competition, placing me in third place for the printmaking group.
I believe vibes vibrate from one form to another, from one place to another and thus the name of my piece is "Vibrating Vibes"
SO letzz spread vibes around, just good ones of course :)
